ACTA in a Nutshell –

What is ACTA?  ACTA is the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. A new intellectual property enforcement treaty being negotiated by the United States, the European Community, Switzerland, and Japan, with Australia, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Mexico, Jordan, Morocco, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada recently announcing that they will join in as well.

Why should you care about ACTA? Initial reports indicate that the treaty will have a very broad scope and will involve new tools targeting “Internet distribution and information technology.”

What is the goal of ACTA? Reportedly the goal is to create new legal standards of intellectual property enforcement, as well as increased international cooperation, an example of which would be an increase in information sharing between signatory countries’ law enforcement agencies.

This comes from my heart i hope it doesn't suck, i haven't written poetry in a while just kinda got back into writing it again.

Dear Nobody

Here's to the person
I thought I knew
Here's to the person
I thought that cared

Here's to the person
I thought i loved

Here's to the person
That caused my tears
To the person that never really cared

It was a sunny afternoon there was not a cloud in the sky nothing but blue sky’s. and 16 yr old Samantha was on her way home from school . Her mom told her to come straight home because she didn’t feel safe letting her daughter walk home alone weather it was sunny or not a lot of bad stuff had happened in there neighborhood so she started to worry when she didn’t see her daughter walk into there driveway. Samantha is home by three usually but today she was not and Samantha’s mom got really worried. Where can she be Ms Andrews said.

This is not like her she always follows my rules when I say be home by three she is home Ms. Andrews said.

Hour after hour past but still no sign of Samantha. Her mom was getting really worried now.

So Ms. Andrews called all of her daughter’s friends to see if they have seen Samantha but they said no they had not seen her since today.

Ms Andrews now was really worried. So she called the cops and they said she would have to be missing for at least 72 hours.

So she waited and waited it seemed like she had waited forever.
But there was still no sign of Samantha it was getting late and Ms. Andrews started to cry dear god where can my daughter be.

Where ever she is I hope she is alright please god let her be ok she has to be ok she just has to Ms. Andrews said praying to god.

Ms. Andrews prayed and prayed that night but Samantha her only daughter never came home that night.

Ms. Andrews went door to door with her picture asking people if they had seen her daughter Samantha. All she got was no sorry we have not seen her Ms. Andrews.

Ms. Andrews kept searching for her daughter hoping someone out there has seen her.

Ms. Andrews went from door to door of her neighborhood looking for her daughter where ever she may be.

Three months had past since the disappearance of Samantha Andrews the cops had no leads of her disappearance Ms. Andrews had given up of ever finding her daughter.

It was hopeless no one knew where she was Ms. Andrews said to herself.

Month after month Ms. Andrews would call the police department still no luck they where about to give up searching just like Ms. Andrews did.

Until one day Ms. Andrews got a phone call from one of the cops at the police department. Ms. Andrews we think we have found your daughter.

Where is she.. is she ok can I see her… is she alive Ms. Andrews said.

As soon as we find out where your daughter is will give you a call until then sit tight Ms. Andrews the cop said.

Thanks for everything Ms. Andrews said.

Don’t thank me until we find your daughter than you can thank me in person the cop said.

Bye Ms. Andrews said and than hung up.

Ms Andrews was so excited that today might be the day she was praying for the day that she got to see her daughter Samantha.

All through the day Ms. Andrews prayed and hoped that the police would call her and tell her that they had found Samantha and that she was alright.

An hour later Ms. Andrews had gotten that call she was worried and excited all at once.

Ms. Andrews we found your daughter the police man said.
You found her .. Is she ok … is she alive Ms. Andrews said about to cry.

She is very much alive and is waiting for you to come down to the police department so she can tell you what had happened to her.

Thank you …thank you so very much I’ll be right down Ms. Andrews said.

It took Ms. Andrews only an hour to get to the police department.
When Ms. Andrews got there she ran out of the car she was happy that she gets to see her daughter again and that nothing serious had happened to her.

Ms. Andrews walked into the police department and saw her daughter.
Samantha ran up to her mom and gave her a big hug .. Mom I’m so sorry Samantha said with tears in her eyes.

Samantha where were you I was worried sick about you. Ms. Andrews said.

Samantha begin to tell her what I had happened on that sunny afternoon.

Well I was on my way home and I was being followed I tried to get away mom but by the time I was about to scream for help it was to late and I always already gone I was blind folded so I couldn’t see who took me I was lucky that I was set free I guess who ever it was got tired of me and let me go free. Samantha said crying.

It doesn’t matter now honey.. Your safe now .. Lets go home. Ms Andrews said.

Can I take my daughter home now. Ms Andrews said.

I don’t see why not the police officer said.

Thank you so much…. Ms. Andrews said as she gave the police officer a hug.

Thank you for never given up on me… Samantha said.

The police officer didn’t say anything he just stood there with tears in is eyes.

Lets go home mom Samantha said.

I love you mom… Samantha said as she was getting into the car.

I love you to dear … Ms. Andrews said as she was getting into the drivers seat.

The end… or is it…
